VILLAGE OF ELBA RESOLUTION
Board Resolution No. 1 – 2025
Off Road Vehicles

RESOLVED, that the village of Elba in addressing the recreational use of off
highway vehicles as defined under New York State laws and regulations in order to
prevent injury to persons and damage to property, to protect the rights of the
residents of the Village of Elba to the peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and
further generally to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the
Village of Elba.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Village of Elba recognizes all New York State
Vehicle and Traffic Laws related to Off-Road Vehicles and encourages everyone
to obey said New York State VTL Laws related to Off-Road Vehicle Laws when
in Village of Elba limits.
