Village Park

The Elba Village Park is located in the center of the Village on east side of Main Street. The Village Park consists of approximately 8 acres which has plenty of space for many recreational activities. The park currently has a large children’s playground area, volleyball net, three little league baseball fields, four tennis courts, and two full size basketball courts. The park also has a small gazebo, one small pavilion shelter, two large pavilion shelters, and public bathrooms.

 

Pavilion Rental Information

Private parties can rent/reserve the larger two pavilion shelters for the day. Please contact the Village Office for current rental fees and availability.

Elba Youth Baseball

America’s favorite pastime, is also a mainstay at the Elba Village Park.  The Elba Youth Baseball Program has been running for many generations and sees approximately 75 youth baseball players each season.  The program offers spring/summer baseball for Elba kids ages 4-12.  Volunteer coaches are positive role models for the next generation of Lancer athletes.  The program offers 4 levels of Co-Ed Baseball.  T-Ball for the youngest baseball players, Coach Pitch for 5-7 year olds, U-10, and u-12 teams.  The teams play games at the lovely village park, and also in neighboring town parks.

The 2023 Youth Baseball Season runs from May to June. T-Ball will be played in Elba (usually 2 games per week). Coach Pitch will play mostly in Elba, with some travel options. U10 will play Mondays and Wednesdays, with some away games in Orleans County. U12 will play Tuesdays and Thursdays with some away games in Orleans County.

Registrations are due in by March 1, 2023

Park Rec

Elba Park Rec welcomes all children who have completed Kindergarten through 6th grade and will be held at the Elba park daily from 9am – 3pm. All staff at the park will have undergone CPR and first aid training to ensure a safe summer.
